With a free Lost Opportunity Review — a short, practical look at how customers find you, what they see, how they contact you and where follow-up may be breaking down. No cost, no obligation. ### Will I see the site before it's finished? Yes. You'll see the wireframe first, then two full reviews of the live build before it goes live. ### Do you use templates or build from scratch? We build custom, brand-aligned sites in modern code — fast, secure and scalable, with no bloated page-builders. ### What if I don't have all my content ready? We'll guide you through a content brief. Delays here delay the build — we'll be upfront about that. ### What if my business changes mid-build? Small changes are absorbed. Larger changes trigger a quick scope conversation before we continue. ### How long does a project take? Get Found is typically 3–4 weeks and Get Chosen 4–6 weeks from sign-off of scope to live. Get Ahead is scoped after your Discovery Chat. ## Pricing & payment ### How much does a website cost? Starting points are From R3,000 (Get Found), From R7,000 (Get Chosen) and From R15,000 (Get Ahead, scoped after discovery). Final pricing depends on scope, content and care — you get a detailed written quote after a short review. ### How does payment work? 50% on sign-off of scope and 50% on handover, plus your first care month. Care plans are billed monthly, in advance. ### Can I pay once-off, or is it monthly? Either. Solutions can be taken once-off or on a monthly plan — we'll walk through the options in your Discovery Chat. ### What do the Care Plans include? Core Care (From R450/pm) keeps everything working; Active Care (From R850/pm) keeps it current; Total Care (From R1,500/pm) keeps improving results. ### What does hosting cost? Hosting is R150/pm if you're not on a monthly care plan; on a monthly plan it's handled for you. ## Ownership & care ### Who owns the site? For once-off builds — you do. On a monthly plan, we host it and talk through the details in your Discovery Chat. ### What if I want to leave the care plan? 30 days' notice. Your site stays yours. ### Do I have to take a care plan? No, but it's recommended. A site that's never updated goes stale — care keeps it live, current and improving. ## Getting found & chosen by AI ### Is SEO dead? No. You still need to be found by search engines. What's changed is that being found is no longer enough; you also need to be clear and credible enough to be quoted in the AI answer above the links. ### Can anyone guarantee my business gets cited by AI? No — be wary of anyone who promises it. What you can do is stack every signal you control in your favour. ### Do I need a brand-new website? Not always. Sometimes an existing site needs a focused set of fixes; sometimes a rebuild is more efficient. A review tells you which. ### I already have good reviews. Isn't that enough? Reviews are a major asset, but AI can only connect them to your business if the surrounding information is consistent and the site is readable. ### What's the single biggest leak for most small businesses?
